Terranova Cordyceps, Rhodiola & Ginseng Super Blend is a powder of organic full-spectrum, fresh freeze-dried cordyceps mushroom with rhodiola root extract and fresh freeze-dried American ginseng (Panax quinquefolius), alongside organic ginger root, green oat seed and organic cayenne, in Terranova’s PHYTOFRESH COMPLEX. DIRECTIONS:
