Smooth Mag Powder
Terranova Smooth Mag is a magnesium powder providing 200mg of magnesium per 5g scoop, as TRAACS™ magnesium bisglycinate chelate, magnesium citrate and magnesium oxide. It also contains inositol, FOS (fructo-oligosaccharides) from chicory and pyridoxal 5-phosphate (P-5-P), with Terranova’s MAGNIFOOD COMPLEX of stabilised rice bran, green oat seed and Montmorency tart cherry. Vegan and 100% additive-free. Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function. Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function.

DIRECTIONS:
As a food supplement for adults, take 1 scoop (approx. 5g) 1-2 times daily mixed in water, juice, plant-based milk alternative, milk, or blended into a smoothie. Do not exceed stated dose unless directed by a healthcare practitioner.
