Terranova Living Multivitamin Man is the men’s formula in the Living Multivitamin range, bringing together 27 vitamins, minerals and accessory nutrients with MAGNIFOOD, a complex of 10 wholefoods and botanicals added in keeping with Terranova’s philosophy of synergy. Nutrient forms include vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, folate as calcium L-methylfolate, vitamin K2 as MenaQ7® MK-7, vegan vitamin D3 from lichen, zinc and manganese as TRAACS™ bisglycinate chelates, and choline as VitaCholine™, alongside lycopene and vitamin E. The formula contains no iron.
