Stephen Terrass, MRNT, has devoted over four decades to nutritional and botanical science. As a distinguished veteran in the wellness and supplement industry, he founded Terranova in 2008 and has since created every formula in the range, each one reflecting his innovative approach, his passion for purity and synergy, and an enduring commitment to holistic principles.

His extensive background includes serving as a Technical Director for one of Europe’s largest supplement brands, authoring 8 books, delivering nearly 500 lectures in 22 countries, and consistently advocating for a more ethical and synergistic approach to nutrition.
