Terranova is one of the very few supplement companies worldwide that completely avoids the use of inactive manufacturing additives.
Why are these so common elsewhere?
Additives make production easier, faster, cheaper, and more profitable. But they’re not essential. A typical example is magnesium stearate, which is frequently added to accelerate production or increase the volume of capsules. While these additives offer convenience for manufacturing, they do not benefit your health.
Additives like binders are needed to make tablets hold together, which is why Terranova doesn’t use tablets at all. Instead, we use 2-piece vegetarian capsules, powders, and liquids – formats that don’t require such substances. It’s our way of putting purity and integrity ahead of manufacturing convenience or cost savings.
Avoiding excipients helps ensure that nutrients
– like vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and phytonutrients –
can deliver their full effects without unwanted physiological or biochemical interference.
