Terranova Magnesium 100mg Complex provides 100mg of elemental magnesium from magnesium bisglycinate chelate (TRAACS™), buffered with magnesium oxide. The formula also contains pyridoxal 5-phosphate, the active form of vitamin B6, and MAGNIFOOD, a complex of wholefoods and botanicals created for this formula: stabilised rice bran, green oat seed, nettle leaf and pumpkin seed. Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function. Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function.

DIRECTIONS:
